Description
Most backup utilities are expensive, complicated, and geared towards time-consuming full-system backups. As a result, most people rarely (if ever) back up their hard disks. Our backup utility is different. It's designed to back up your actual data, rather than operating system and program files that you could easily reinstall. Presets make it easy to pick out the irreplaceable pieces—letters, spreadsheets, Favorites, address book, and email archives—and back up just those.

Backups can be compressed into zip files, or copied to backup media without compression. The differential backup feature uses CRC to reliably determine which files have changed. The program's interface is transparently easy to use. Once you've selected a set of files to back up, the configuration can be saved so future backups require just a mouse click. You can create different backup sets for different purposes. For example, you could have separate backup sets for your documents and email repository. Backups are quick because you're only backing up what's essential.
